Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Malibu Kulture. All sales are subject to the return and refund terms outlined below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if all conditions below are met:

  • Item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors (including smoke or fragrance)

  • Item must be returned in original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included

  • Item must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

To request a return, email malibukulture@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging are required

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.


Refunds

  • All approved returns are subject to inspection upon arrival

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
If you need a different size or item, you must place a new order.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.


Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent claims, excessive return activity, or chargebacks may result in:

  • Return denial

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
