We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will reflect exact colors or details.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • High-risk or abusive purchasing behavior

If your order is canceled after payment is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Returns require prior approval

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Exchanges are not offered

  • Refunds may be denied if conditions are not met

Failure to comply with the Return & Refund Policy may result in denial of return or refund.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting malibukulture@gmail.com to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Immediate order cancellation

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate our policies.

All content on this site, including logos, designs, graphics, text, and images, is the exclusive property of Malibu Kulture and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
